Questions before you buy.

Short, practical answers for product research, warehouse images and parcel planning.

Is this an official PikoBuy checkout?

No. This is an independent product-discovery site. Its catalogue routes stay inside this site; registration, payment, warehouse service and the final purchase action take place on PikoBuy.

How does a PikoBuy product-link order work?

PikoBuy's shopping guide describes choosing the item and its option, pasting a product link or keyword, paying the purchasing order, waiting for warehouse inspection, then selecting and paying for international shipping. Confirm the listing, size, colour and option before paying because source listings can change.

What can QC photos actually confirm?

QC images are useful for checking visible details such as the selected colour, silhouette, obvious marks, packaging and included accessories. They are not proof of authenticity, durability, exact materials or seller reliability. Use them alongside the source images and current listing information.

Why can the shipping estimate change?

The official estimator uses destination, weight and dimensions. Route billing methods differ, and repacking or combining items can change the final parcel profile. Treat an estimate as planning context rather than a guaranteed total, timing or customs outcome.

When does tracking appear?

PikoBuy's shopping guide says tracking is normally available within three days after a parcel is shipped. Carrier scans and international handoffs can take longer, so a missing first scan is not by itself proof of a parcel problem.

What is the practical return window?

The published returns page says an eligible item can be requested within five days (120 hours) after it becomes In Warehouse. Eligibility, resale condition, seller acceptance and domestic return fees can affect the result; some goods are not eligible.

Can the platform remove all shipping or customs risk?

No. PikoBuy's shipping terms say international delivery uses third-party logistics providers and risks such as customs action, delay, loss or damage must be assessed by the user. Read the current route rules and prohibited-item guidance before submitting a parcel.
